SALINK Services · v1.0

SALINK Instagram Content Collaboration Terms

Effective 30 September 2026

SALINK Service | Version 1.0 | Effective 30 September 2026

These Terms set out the conditions for Instagram content production, publication and reuse agreed between SALINK and the Client. They are supplied with the individual quotation and apply after the key terms are explained and the Client expressly agrees. Previously confirmed collaborations remain subject to their original agreed conditions.

Article 1 Scope and parties

1. SALINK means the content production and publication service provider identified in the quotation. The Client means the business, institution or other organization requesting the service. SALINK is a brand name; the actual contracting party’s name or business name and contact details are stated in the individual quotation.

2. The standard services are the production and publication of Reels and Stories on SALINK’s Instagram account. YouTube Shorts, feed posts, production solely for use by the Client as user-generated content (UGC), additional translation and exclusive collaborations are outside the standard packages and require a separate quotation.

Article 2 Agreement and communications

1. SALINK provides the production scope, schedule, final price, payment, revisions, cancellation and refund terms, and usage license conditions through a recorded channel such as DM, email or a web application. The agreement is formed when the Client replies confirming acceptance of the Terms and quotation. Production and schedule reservation begin after the agreed advance payment is received.

2. Silence, an inquiry or shipment of products alone does not constitute an agreement or consent to paid options. Telephone consultation is not required. Conditions changed by telephone must also be confirmed in writing.

3. Individually agreed conditions take precedence over these Terms, subject to mandatory law. Additional charges apply only if SALINK specifies the amount and scope before the work and the Client expressly agrees.

Article 3 Standard fixed prices

Service Base price
One shipped-product Reel produced and published KRW 400,000
One restaurant-visit Reel produced and published KRW 500,000
One restaurant-visit Reel plus one Story set KRW 600,000
One standalone Story set KRW 150,000

These are base production and publication fees. Whether VAT applies, the VAT amount, additional fees and the final payable total are confirmed in the quotation before agreement. No taxes or fees are added retrospectively to the confirmed final total.

Article 4 Production scope and supplied products

1. Unless otherwise agreed, a Reel is one vertical video lasting 30–60 seconds, including standard editing and subtitles in one agreed language. A Story set consists of up to three frames for the same campaign. The quotation specifies the menu items or products, on-camera presentation, subtitle language and required information.

2. Standard visit filming covers one location and up to two hours. No extra charge applies when filming takes longer for reasons attributable to SALINK. Expansion of scope at the Client’s request requires prior approval.

3. The Client supplies the products or food needed for filming and covers shipping separately from the production fee. Providing food or products, or having a personal relationship with SALINK, does not waive the fee for a dedicated Reel. For product-only gifted collaborations, the obligation to publish and the content format are agreed separately. Confirm acceptance before shipping products that have not been agreed.

4. Raw footage, editing project files, publication on other platforms and delivery of a file for Client reuse are not included in the standard package. When a usage license is purchased, SALINK supplies the final edited file suitable for the licensed use.

Article 5 Additional production and travel

1. Additional locations or videos, reshoots, complete changes of direction and complex editing are quoted separately from KRW 100,000. This is not a uniform charge for every additional task; the scope and fixed price for each task are confirmed in advance.

2. The quotation states the travel area included in the visit fee. Cheongju is the departure reference point. Long-distance transport and travel fees are confirmed in advance based on travel time, distance and any overnight stay. A destination’s regional designation alone does not automatically trigger a charge.

3. Transport charges are based on return public transport fares or agreed vehicle travel costs, tolls and parking, without duplicate charging. Where needed, a travel-time fee and accommodation costs are stated as separate fixed amounts or approved limits. Reimbursement of actual costs also requires an agreed cap and supporting-document standard.

Article 6 Payment and commencement

1. Unless otherwise agreed, 50% of the final quoted total is payable in advance and the remaining 50% after approval of the final preview, before publication or delivery of a file for reuse. The advance payment is not automatically forfeited on cancellation; Article 14 governs settlement.

2. The quotation states the payment account, due dates, tax treatment and receipt or invoicing arrangements. Any internal payment process required by the Client must be scheduled before agreement. If nonpayment delays publication, the parties agree a revised schedule.

3. Fees do not include commissions linked to views or sales. Performance-based conditions apply only when a separate performance-based agreement has been expressly made.

Article 7 Preview and revisions

1. The Client receives an opportunity to review the content before publication. Unless otherwise agreed, the Client replies with approval or one consolidated set of revision requests within three business days of receiving the preview. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in the Republic of Korea.

2. The base fee includes one revision round within the original agreed scope. This covers factual information such as subtitles, menu names, prices and contact details, and minor cut adjustments. New concepts, menu items or locations, complete re-editing and reshoots require a separate quotation.

3. SALINK corrects its production errors, including typos and omissions of agreed information, without charge regardless of the revision count. Information supplied incorrectly by the Client or changed after approval may require an additional quotation before work begins.

4. Silence is not treated as automatic approval. Delayed replies may require rescheduling. If progress is stalled for an extended period, SALINK contacts the Client with a response deadline before settlement under Article 14.

Article 8 Publication and retention

1. The quotation identifies the publication account and planned date. Unless otherwise agreed, a Reel remains published for at least 90 days from its publication date. A Story follows the platform’s usual 24-hour display period. Highlight saving and permanent publication are not included.

2. Reels remain publicly available unless there is a specific reason to change their status. They are not automatically deleted or made non-public after the minimum 90 days. Permanent publication is not guaranteed, and the Client acquires no right to require permanent publication.

3. If channel organization, a change in content direction or another reason makes deletion, archiving or a change to non-public status necessary, SALINK informs the Client in advance of the reason and proposed handling. During the minimum retention period, such a change is made after agreeing on measures such as replacement publication or an extension with the Client. Retention on SALINK’s account and the Client’s reuse license term are separate.

4. If a legal violation, infringement, confirmed factual error, platform action or safety issue requires urgent handling, SALINK may first edit, suspend, delete or make the content non-public. SALINK then informs the Client of the reason and handling as promptly as possible. If the minimum retention period is not met, the parties discuss replacement publication, an extension or a refund for the unperformed portion, according to responsibility for the issue.

Article 9 Genuine experience and advertising disclosure

1. Content is based on actual experience and verifiable facts. The Client may not require false reviews, endorsements of experiences that did not occur, unsupported efficacy claims or removal of advertising or sponsorship disclosures. Required information is agreed in advance, but the Client may not force an assessment contrary to SALINK’s actual opinion.

2. Content involving a cash production fee or benefits such as food or products clearly discloses the advertising or sponsorship relationship under applicable laws, guidance and platform policies. Wording must accurately describe the relationship, such as “광고 / Paid advertisement” for paid advertising or “제품 제공 / Gifted” where only products are provided. Required platform disclosures are also used.

3. The Client provides supporting evidence for halal certification, ingredients and preparation conditions. A SALINK visit or feature does not itself certify halal status or guarantee the suitability of every menu item. Client statements are distinguished from certification status.

Article 10 Performance and reporting

1. Follower counts refer to the date reported. SALINK does not guarantee views, reach, visits or sales. If production and publication are performed as agreed, lower-than-expected performance alone does not require free reproduction or a refund. Liability for production defects or nonperformance remains separate.

2. Where available, SALINK records Insights such as views, reach and interactions at seven and 30 days after publication. Unless otherwise agreed, the Client receives one summary based on the 30-day results. SALINK is not required to obtain unavailable platform data or the Client’s sales records.

Article 11 Copyright and standard sharing

1. Copyright in video and editing created by SALINK remains with SALINK. Rights in logos, photos and materials supplied by the Client remain with their respective rights holders. Paying the production fee does not transfer copyright to the Client.

2. The Client may share links to public SALINK posts and use Instagram’s built-in Story sharing function without extra charge. Attribution must be preserved and the advertising relationship must not be concealed. Downloading and re-uploading posts, website insertion or embedding, and paid advertising require the license described below.

Article 12 Client reuse licenses

1. The following license fees are additional to the base production fee. Charges are for the agreed scope and term, not retrospectively calculated per use. Unused portions of a properly supplied license are not refundable merely because the Client does not use the full purchased scope. SALINK’s nonperformance and statutory refund grounds remain separate.

License Permitted use Term Extra fee
Own social media reposting Organic posts on agreed Client-owned social accounts 3 months KRW 100,000
Website use Agreed Client website and product pages 3 months KRW 100,000
Paid advertising Digital ad creative through the Client’s ad accounts 3 months KRW 200,000
All digital use Own social media, website and digital ads 3 months KRW 300,000
Longer paid ad license Same scope as the paid advertising license 6 / 12 months KRW 300,000 / 500,000

2. An all-digital license does not incur duplicate fees for the social media, website and advertising uses it includes for the same term. Six- or 12-month all-digital use, exclusivity and offline use require separate quotations. Permanent licenses and automatic renewal are not standard offerings.

3. The license is limited to one Client, the accounts, domains and advertising media identified in the quotation, and the final video. Unless restricted by agreement, the territory is worldwide online use. Start and end dates are stated in the quotation; if omitted, the agreed number of months runs from delivery of the reuse file. The license starts only once the balance is paid and the file is supplied.

4. At expiry, the Client stops paid ads and removes or makes non-public the licensed video, relevant pages containing it and embeds. Simple link sharing remains permitted under Article 11. Continued public display of reposted content requires a renewal agreement before expiry. New prices are not imposed unilaterally and no automatic payment is taken.

5. Resizing and necessary technical conversions are permitted. Meaning-changing edits, repurposing the content as an endorsement of another product, resale or sublicensing to third parties, AI training, and face or voice cloning require separate express consent. The Client’s agency may handle the content only to carry out the agreed campaign.

6. Partnership ads under SALINK’s account identity, account access or advertising permissions, and raw files are not included. Permitted use of third-party music and images is checked separately. If advertising rights are unavailable for an asset, the parties agree on a replacement version.

Article 13 Scope verification and unauthorized use

1. When agreeing the collaboration, the Client provides the intended accounts, domains, media and term. SALINK is not required to continuously monitor all Client advertisements or posts, or count uses. The Client is responsible for complying with the agreed scope and provides usage locations and dates on a reasonable verification request.

2. If unauthorized use is confirmed, SALINK may request that it stop, that the content be removed, or that a separate license be agreed. Unilaterally paying a license fee after use does not retroactively grant permission. No automatic multiple-fee penalty applies; damages follow the actual circumstances and applicable law.

Article 14 Rescheduling cancellation and refunds

1. Rescheduling or cancellation requests must be recorded in writing. If product delivery delays, inadequate Client preparation, illness, disaster or platform failure arise, the parties first discuss a feasible alternative schedule. Additional costs require the Client’s prior approval.

2. If the Client cancels for convenience before work starts, payments are refunded in full, except for previously approved, nonrecoverable external costs supported by evidence. After work starts, only reasonable payment for completed work and approved nonrecoverable external costs are settled, and the remainder is refunded.

3. Where possible, the quotation allocates fees to planning, filming, editing and publication. If no allocation was agreed, SALINK presents the work completed and progress, and the parties agree the settlement. Costs are not deducted twice. Advance payments are not automatically forfeited, and the full price of uncompleted work is not charged.

4. If performance becomes difficult for reasons attributable to SALINK, SALINK first proposes correction or substitute performance. If the agreement is terminated because its purpose cannot be achieved, fees for unperformed work and unusable deliverables are refunded. Damages are governed by applicable law.

5. If force majeure prevents continuation, the parties verify completed work and approved nonrecoverable costs and settle accordingly. An agreed refund is paid within seven business days after the amount is confirmed. Statutory rights to rescind, terminate or obtain a refund are not restricted by this Article.

Article 15 Client cooperation and mutual responsibility

1. The Client arranges matters it supplies or controls, including filming permission, product and service information, and filming consent from employees and customers. SALINK respects third-party rights during filming and editing and reduces unnecessary exposure of faces and personal information.

2. Each party is responsible to the extent an infringement or misleading advertising issue is attributable to its materials or conduct. Neither party’s intentional misconduct, gross negligence or contractual responsibility is generally excluded.

3. Before agreement, SALINK may decline requests based on service suitability, scheduling or safety. After agreement, repeated discount requests or differences of opinion alone do not justify arbitrary discontinuation. For a material breach, a reasonable opportunity to remedy it is provided before action under applicable law.

Article 16 Special collaborations and prior agreements

1. The same fixed-price criteria apply to the same scope. Discounts through individual bargaining are generally not offered. If SALINK voluntarily selects a discounted or unpaid collaboration for cultural exchange, public interest, pilot production or other special value, the quotation separately states the normal price, discount and final total.

2. A first collaboration, an existing personal relationship, previous free filming or food provision does not automatically qualify for a discount or free production. SALINK’s independently selected editorial coverage is distinguished from dedicated promotional production requested by the Client.

3. Free or pilot collaborations agreed before these Terms were introduced proceed under their original agreements. These Terms and new license fees do not apply retrospectively. Matters not previously agreed are confirmed separately. Subsequent new requests from the same Client and first requests from other Clients use the rates applicable at that time.

Article 17 Records amendments and disputes

1. SALINK keeps agreement, payment, approval, license-term and performance records as needed for the work. Personal information is handled under applicable law and separate notices, and deleted once its purpose is fulfilled, except records requiring statutory retention. Contact details and non-public quotations are not publicly used for promotion without permission.

2. Changes to prices or Terms state an effective date and apply to newly formed agreements thereafter. Confirmed agreements retain their existing conditions unless the parties agree otherwise. A license renewal requires a new quotation at the rates then applicable and the Client’s consent.

3. The parties first seek resolution using recorded agreements and work details. The laws of the Republic of Korea govern, and court jurisdiction follows applicable law. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.

Effective date and language

These Terms apply to new collaborations agreed from 30 September 2026. Each agreement uses the version supplied to and accepted by the Client beforehand. Previously confirmed conditions are not changed without a separate agreement. This English edition translates the same terms as the Korean edition. If a difference in meaning between the languages is identified, the parties clarify and record the intended meaning.
