1. Scope
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid services and digital services sold directly by SALINK.
Services covered at the initial launch may include:
- paid connection and digital services provided directly by SALINK;
- Content & Promotion services;
- Reel, Story, on-location filming, and other content production or publishing services for restaurants and businesses; and
- other paid services expressly offered by SALINK.
Third-party marketplace products, recurring subscriptions, SALINK Credit, and other prepaid credit systems are not part of SALINK’s initial launch unless expressly stated otherwise.
If such services are introduced later, SALINK will publish additional terms or update this Policy before they become available.
Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
2. General Cancellation and Withdrawal
Customers may request cancellation or withdrawal within the period and under the conditions provided by applicable law.
If the service has not yet begun and no non-refundable cost has been incurred, SALINK will generally provide a full refund.
Where a service or digital content has already begun with the customer’s prior consent, the right to withdraw may be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Where a service can be divided into separate stages or portions, SALINK may distinguish between the portion already provided and the portion not yet provided when calculating a refund.
3. SALINK Digital and Connection Services
For connection, matching-support, information, and other digital services provided by SALINK:
Before the service begins
A full refund is generally available if SALINK has not started providing the purchased service.
After the service begins
Once SALINK has started performing agreed activities such as profile review, recommendations, connection work, information delivery, review, or other agreed services, the refund may be calculated based on the portion that has not yet been provided.
Where a non-divisible service has been fully performed as agreed, refunds for the completed portion may be restricted.
The fact that a recommended connection does not develop into a relationship, or that a customer does not achieve a particular personal outcome, does not by itself mean that a service properly provided by SALINK was defective or not delivered.
However, where SALINK fails to provide a material service promised in its description, advertisement, or agreement, SALINK will provide an appropriate remedy or refund in accordance with applicable law and this Policy.
4. Content & Promotion Services
Reels, Stories, on-location filming, and other customized content services for restaurants and businesses involve work performed specifically for each order.
Before production begins
If no substantial work such as planning, filming, editing, or external booking has begun, SALINK will generally provide a full refund.
After planning or production preparation begins
SALINK may deduct the value of work already performed and actual non-refundable expenses approved by the customer before refunding the remaining amount.
Such expenses may include:
- pre-approved travel expenses;
- external creator or production booking fees;
- non-refundable venue or equipment costs; and
- planning or editing work already completed.
SALINK will not charge customers for work that has not been performed or for expenses that were not actually incurred.
After filming or production has begun
The refund may be calculated based on the proportion of work already completed and any pre-approved external costs actually incurred.
After final delivery or publication
Once the contracted content has been produced and published or delivered as agreed, refunds for the completed portion may be restricted.
If SALINK materially fails to perform the agreed service or delivers a result that clearly does not conform to the agreement due to SALINK’s fault, SALINK may provide correction, re-performance, or an appropriate refund.
5. Schedule Changes and Customer-Initiated Cancellation
If a customer requests a change after a filming or service date has been scheduled, SALINK will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the service.
Actual non-refundable external expenses that have already been incurred may be deducted from a refund where permitted, and SALINK will disclose such expenses in advance whenever reasonably possible.
If a service cannot proceed because the customer fails for an extended period to provide necessary materials, communication, or cooperation, SALINK may request performance within a reasonable additional period.
If the service still cannot proceed, SALINK may terminate the order and calculate any refund based on completed work and actual costs already incurred.
6. Services Different From Their Description or Agreement
Where a service materially differs from its advertised description or contractual terms, the customer may request cancellation, correction, or a refund within the period provided by applicable law.
Depending on the circumstances, SALINK may provide:
- re-performance of the service;
- correction of an error or defect;
- an alternative service; or
- a full or partial refund.
Mandatory statutory rights are not limited by this Policy.
7. Refund Method and Timing
Refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method.
Where consumer-protection laws apply, SALINK will comply with the legally required refund period and will process an approved cancellation or withdrawal without undue delay.
After SALINK processes a refund, the time required for the refund to appear on a card or bank account may vary depending on the payment processor, card issuer, bank, or overseas financial institution.
8. International Payments
The same general refund principles apply to purchases made with foreign-issued cards or other international payment methods.
Where possible, refunds will be processed through the original payment method and in the original transaction currency.
The amount ultimately received in a customer’s local currency may differ from the original local-currency equivalent because of exchange-rate movements, card issuer conversion methods, or fees imposed by banks or other financial institutions outside SALINK’s control.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, SALINK may not compensate for exchange-rate differences or third-party financial fees that were not caused by SALINK.
9. Business-to-Business Transactions
For B2B services, including restaurant promotion and advertising content production, SALINK and the business customer may agree to specific cancellation and refund terms in an individual quotation, order confirmation, or contract.
If an individual agreement conflicts with this Policy, the individual agreement will govern that particular B2B transaction, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
10. Future Subscriptions and SALINK Credit
Monthly or annual recurring subscriptions, automatic renewals, and SALINK Credit are not included in the initial-launch scope of this Policy.
Before introducing those features, SALINK will publish additional terms covering matters such as:
- automatic renewal and billing dates;
- cancellation procedures;
- refunds for unused subscription periods;
- credit purchases and use;
- credit refundability;
- expiration;
- transfers; and
- cash conversion.
11. How to Request a Refund
Customers may request a refund or cancellation through SALINK’s official support channel.
Contact email: rainbolt225@gmail.com
SALINK may request the minimum information necessary to identify the transaction, including:
- order or payment information;
- purchased service;
- payment date;
- reason for the refund request; and
- limited information necessary to verify the purchaser.
SALINK will not request personal information that is unnecessary for processing the refund.
12. Changes to This Policy
SALINK may update this Policy to reflect changes to its services, payment methods, or applicable laws.
Material changes that are unfavorable to customers will be announced in advance through SALINK’s website or another appropriate channel.
Any revised Policy will apply from the effective date stated in the updated version.
