SALINK is currently in Early Access and has not fully launched. Features described on this website may be incomplete, may change, or may not be released at all. Submitting an application does not guarantee immediate service, matching, publication of a profile, or acceptance into any future service.

SALINK does not currently sell member digital products through website checkout. SALINK Services are separate business services that may be contracted through an accepted individual quotation and the applicable Instagram Content Collaboration Terms.

Where an 18+ requirement applies, such as the Early Access application, you must be at least 18 years old to participate and you must confirm this when applying. You are responsible for ensuring your use of SALINK is lawful where you live.

• Provide information that is accurate and genuinely about you.
• Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or intentions.
• Respect other people's privacy and personal information.
• Use SALINK in good faith, consistent with the purpose you stated.

• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or discriminatory abuse.
• Sexual harassment, coercion, or sending unwanted sexual content.
• Scams, fraud, financial solicitation, or deceptive schemes of any kind.
• Spam, bulk messaging, advertising, or unauthorised commercial promotion.
• Sharing another person's private information without their permission.
• Uploading content you do not have the right to share.
• Attempting to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

SALINK is a platform for people to state their intentions and, in future, to be connected with others. SALINK does not promise or guarantee any matching, connection, friendship, relationship, marriage, employment, business opportunity, immigration outcome, visa result, or any other specific outcome.

SALINK Learn is a beta feature and may use AI-powered conversation to help you practise languages. AI responses can be inaccurate or inappropriate for your situation and should not be relied on as professional, legal, medical, financial, or immigration advice. AI features may change, be limited, or be withdrawn during Early Access.

The SALINK name, branding, design, text, and software are owned by SALINK or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission. You keep ownership of the content you submit, and you give SALINK permission to use it for the purpose of reviewing your application and operating the service, in line with the Privacy Policy and any consent you gave.

SALINK may decline, restrict, suspend, or remove an application, profile, or future account where there is a reasonable belief that these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law have been broken, or where doing so is necessary to protect other people. Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, SALINK will explain the reason and allow you to respond.

Members can deactivate their account at any time and reactivate it later, or request deletion, which can be cancelled within 14 days. These account choices are separate from SALINK's membership decisions and safety enforcement, which continue to apply. Deactivating or requesting deletion does not cancel any paid product.

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during Early Access. To the extent permitted by law, SALINK is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

SALINK is currently operated from the Republic of Korea. These Terms are primarily governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. However, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law, including in your country or place of residence.

These Terms may be updated as SALINK develops, and the effective date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use the website after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
