Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because no subscriptions, memberships, or member digital products are sold through website checkout today, there are currently no member-product payments to cancel or refund here.

Submitting an Early Access application is free. If you are ever asked to pay for SALINK somewhere other than an official SALINK payment page, treat it as suspicious and report it.

SALINK Services are separate inquiry-based business services. Payment, cancellation, and refund conditions are governed by the accepted individual quotation and the applicable Instagram Content Collaboration Terms. An inquiry alone does not create an agreement or a payment obligation.

This policy will be updated and published before SALINK introduces paid member digital products, which may in future include subscriptions, premium matching services, paid SALINK Learn features, or other paid digital services.

The updated policy will set out how to cancel, how refunds are handled, and any conditions that apply, together with your rights under applicable consumer law. Nothing here is intended to exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived where you live.
